⁠Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for the company, with primary focus on production-line and factory personnel.
- Support hiring for other positions such as accounting, administration, warehouse, procurement, and support staff.
- Prepare job descriptions, vacancy announcements, shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Maintain all HR and employment documentation, including contracts, employee files, onboarding and offboarding records.
- Ensure proper organization and confidentiality of personnel records.
- Support onboarding of new employees and help coordinate induction processes.
- Assist with attendance, leave tracking, probation follow-up, and other routine HR administration.
- Consolidate attendance, overtime, and leave data for monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain and organize employee training records in strict compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and local regulatory standards (e.g., TMDA).
- Coordinate basic occupational health and safety (OSHA) compliance and support employee wellbeing initiatives on the production floor.
- Support compliance with company HR procedures and applicable labour requirements in Tanzania.
- Work closely with management to support workforce planning as the company grows.

⁠Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Fluent English and Swahili — both written and spoken.
- Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR tasks at the same time.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a growing, hands-on business environment.
- Good command of Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.

⁠Nice to Have:
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, medical device, FMCG, or similar environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with quality standards (GMP/ISO) and local occupational health and safety (OSHA) regulations is highly desirable.
- Experience hiring blue-collar, factory, production, or operational staff is strongly preferred.
